Shipping Info

All major credit cards accepted through Paypal.  Orders usually ship 5 to 7 business days after the order is placed, usually on the following Monday. You will receive an email with tracking information from USPS on the day your package ships.  Because we do not ship every day, we do not offer expedited shipping.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS IN PAYPAL. If your order is returned because you did not provide the correct mailing address, there may be additional shipping charges to re-ship your order. Please contact us if you do not get your order within 10 days of the shipping date.

International

We will accept international orders, but they are processed manually.  Shipping rates vary greatly, but on average the shipping for most orders is between $50-75 (for example a package containing one 1000 piece puzzle and a novel is $48.95 to ship to Canada and  $71.60 to ship to the UK).  If these shipping costs are within your budget, contact us with the products you'd like to purchase, and your address, and we will calculate shipping.  If the amount sounds right, we will send you a link to complete your order via Paypal.  Thanks for your understanding. :-)

Please read the product details and contact us if you have any questions about a product before ordering. The art sold through this website is shipped directly from the artist. We will gladly correct any mistakes we made with your order, (just send us a note via the contact form), but are unable to accept returns for other reasons. Thanks for understanding.
